The main product of MESB Healthcare is M80+ sanitiser. M80+ is applicable for a variety of functions such as fabric sanitisation, office and home furniture sanitisation, hand sanitisation and as well as fogging application to sanitise the air from bacteria and virus beyond just a normal surface sanitisation. M80+ is also specially made to be able to use in the washing machine for laundry. The sanitisation process in the washing machine will not affect the quality and the colour of the clothes.

M80+ has gone through stringent tests and has been approved by SIRIM and Ministry of Health of Malaysia. It is a special formulation without alcohol and odour or smell. When it is being used in fogging sanitisation application, the fog generated will not impose negative effect to human. Manufactured under certificate of GMP Compliance manufacturer with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2015 Environment Management System.

M80+ products are alcohol free which contains 0.10% Benzalkonium Chloride, this formulation is able to achieve 5 log reduction (99.999%) for both tested bacteria (Pseudomonos aeruginosa & Staphylococcus) at 1-minute contact time. In the guideline released by National Environment Agency, Singapore dated May 2020, Benzalkonium Chloride is an active ingredient effective against corona virus. The working concentration recommended is 0.05% with 10 minutes contact time.
